The first project was to conduct a detailed precedent study & analysis on an existing low energy building to evaluate the strategies of energy efficiency used in the building in the form of façade design, lighting, HVAC, waste management & renewable energy. This report would be composed as a video presentation in the form of slides.

Working in pairs, we chose to analyse the '38Mews' House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in keeping with tropical design which would be more relevant to our own design contexts.
