Sketches
>Project Introduction
Similar to the task for the design communication module, we were tasked to sketch 10 buildings: 5 modern and 5 historical in full rendering be it monochrome or colour. Alongside the drawings, we would need to include analyses into the history and related information regarding the buildings.
>Sketches
I chose to colour all my drawings and ink them in pen. I used diagrams where I could to explain my information. I chose to sketch: the TNB Headquarters, Bank Negara, National Mosque, Parliament Building, Stadium Negara, Sunway Pyramid, Royal Mosque of Sultan Suleiman, Church of St. Anthony, Church of the Holy Rosary and the Carcosa Seri Negara.
>Reflection
Like in the case of Design Communication, I learned land practiced my drawing and sketching skills in this project. I also learned how to research information properly: that is, to curate the most relevant information and explain it as well rather than include any information I stumble across.
