In between assignments, workshops were held with specific topics, with the goal of getting students and tutors to discuss them, in preparation for final submission of each project.
>Workshop 1
A compilation of sketches and ideas as precedent studies for Project 1: Food Kiosk Design with 2 photomontage proposals.
>Workshop 2
Similar to workshop 2, this workshop involved precedent studies, but of market designs instead of kiosk designs. Below includes written text and sketches on precedent studies of Besiktas Marketplace, Istanbul and Cluster building typology, and 4 study models.
>Workshop 3
Workshop 3 was based on passive design and building construction consideration, including various diagrams and sketches in this early stage, alongside precedent studies for construction.
>Workshop 4
Workshop 4 focused on drawing conventions, requiring the production of scale drawings with all necessary detailing and line weights, etc.
